Film Application Documents
The below forms are able to be digitally completed and submitted to the City of Oxnard HERE.
- Film Application Packet. This packet includes all the required documents needed to submit a film permit application.
- Notice of Proposed Filming. Use this template to notify residents/businesses of proposed filming activities that may affect neighboring properties
- Certificate of Notifications. Use this template to certify that residents/businesses have been notified of proposed filming activities.
- Certification of Permissions. Use this template to gather needed permissions for filming activities from residents/businesses.
- Business Tax Certificate. A City of Oxnard business tax certificate (BTC) is required for all productions filming in Oxnard on private property. Complete this application and submit it directly to [email protected] for processing when you submit your permit application.
