Channel Islands National Park has developed a new digital app to enhance the visitor experience in the park that can also be used to take a virtual visit. The new mobile app is free and available at the App Store or on Google Play.

Features in the app include exploring the islands through stories, sites, self-guided tours, and interactive maps, or finding favorite places, trails, and topics of interest. Visitors can use the app to create a collage of the images from your visit or to track a calendar of current conditions, events, or ranger programs. Anacapa Island Webcam

Typically, incredible views of the Channel Islands National Park‘s iconic symbol Arch Rock, seabird rookeries and historic lighthouse, as well as the ocean life and sea conditions at the landing cove and nearby waters, can be streamed 24/7 on the Anacapa Island Webcam. Currently, this webcam is down due to crane construction on Anacapa Island. Once the construction is complete, the webcam will be reinstalled. In the meantime, armchair travelers can enjoy highlights from the webcam by clicking through the 98-minute long video below:
