A Greco-Roman architectural masterpiece in the heart of Downtown Oxnard, right next to Plaza Park.

HISTORY

Built in 1906 by Andrew Carnegie and was Oxnard's first library. Through the years it served as Oxnard’s City Hall, the Chamber of Commerce, the Convention and Visitors Bureau, and the Art Club of Oxnard. In 1987, it opened as the arts museum until 2019.
