Sespe Creek Distillery is a bold, independent distillery based in Oxnard, California, known for crafting small-batch spirits that pay homage to American heritage while pushing boundaries of flavor and tradition. With three flagship brands; Parlor Cay Rum, Warbringer Bourbon and Silvergrin Vodka and a new Warbringer “Cowboy” Edition Mesquite Smoked Southwest Bourbon, each bottle tells a story rooted in time, place and authenticity.

Parlor Cay Rum

Where the isles and the West collide. This coastal-style rum is made from scratch at the Oxnard distillery, pot-distilled from Gulf Coast American molasses and California sugar, then finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. Parlor Cay invites drinkers to journey into new waters and discover a tantalizing outpost of the new coastal frontier.

Warbringer Bourbon

The “cock of the walk.” Warbringer is an unapologetically bold expression of the American Southwest, made with mesquite-smoked flaking grits and fire-roasted corn, distilled slow in copper pots and finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. This is the big beast of bourbon — loud, complex and full.

Silvergrin Vodka

Known as the “cream of the crops,” Silvergrin Vodka was named the World’s Best Vodka for good reason. It’s crafted from a triple-origin blend of Alturas potatoes, winter wheat and corn, all seed-to-still ingredients distilled on a fifth-generation family farm. Created by a bartender and a biochemist, it delivers a silky, swig-worthy sip with an honest origin and toothsome texture.

Warbringer “Cowboy” Edition Mesquite Smoked Southwest Bourbon

Warbringer “Cowboy” Edition Mesquite Smoked Southwest Bourbon is a one-of-a-kind collaboration between Campbell (ex-Laphroaig) and UFC Hall of Famer Donald Cerrone. Hand-selected by Cerrone from a lineup of custom-curated barrels, this highly allocated single barrel is distilled from mesquite-smoked corn flaking grits and filtered three times through house-made mesquite charcoal. Rich notes of smoked cinnamon roll, cherry, vanilla, dark chocolate and mellow campfire smoke create a smooth, balanced bourbon with a bold Southwestern backbone — the distillery’s self-proclaimed “Smokiest Bourbon on the Planet.”
