My favorite thing about Oxnard is the uniqueness of all the different areas—we truly have something for everyone. From the beautiful beaches and surrounding natural areas to the vibrant Downtown Oxnard and The Collection at RiverPark, there’s always something exciting to explore.
I always recommend starting with the Channel Islands National Park—it’s such a one-of-a-kind experience. After that, a visit to the Henry T. Oxnard Historic District is a must. The unique architecture there is stunning, and I never tire of seeing it, especially when it’s lit up during the holidays. For history enthusiasts, the Carnegie Art Museum or the Heritage Square provides a deeper look into Oxnard's rich cultural and historical legacy.
