Cities across the U.S. are experiencing a food truck explosion. Mobile restaurants are setting up on downtown streets, at festivals and special events. These trendy trucks draw a diverse crowd, from the busy 9-to-5er looking to step out for lunch to the family of four enjoying a local carnival.
