Ventura County’s 29th Annual Juneteenth Celebration will be held on Saturday, June 15th 2019 at the historic Plaza Park in downtown Oxnard hosted by the Black American Political Association of California Ventura County Chapter (BAPAC-VC). The festivities begin at 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 500 South “C” St, Oxnard, CA 93030. The FREE fun filled day for the entire family (ALL AGES).
