Swimming

During the warmer months, this small rocky beach can get packed. It’s approximately 400 feet long. Check water quality signs before swimming, and always keep your eyes peeled for kayakers and stand up paddleboarders.

Places to Eat + Drink near Hobie Beach

The Strandwich- From breakfast burritos to burgers, this local spot is open from 11 am to 6 pm. They also have a kid’s menu featuring chicken tenders and a turkey sandwich. They are closed on Mondays.

The Strand Bar & Grill - If you’re in the mood for a quick bite before you head to the beach, this locally owned joint has been serving up meals since 1985. On the menu, ribs, antipasto, and a full bar. The Strand Bar & Grill is closed on Tuesdays.
