The Annual Parade of Frights at the Channel Islands Harbor is back, and it’s going to be bigger, better, and spookier than ever! If you’re looking for a family-friendly event that’ll light up your night and put a sparkle in your eye, you’re in for a treat – our should we say, a ‘trick-or-treat’?

The Parade of Frights, a non-competitive, Halloween-themed boat parade which is scheduled for 7 p.m. on October 26, 2024.

Ventura County Harbor Department Director Michael Tripp said introduction of the Parade of Frights is another way for the boating community to come together while helping create lasting memories for attendees watching landside.

“The Harbor is full of rich traditions that have helped us form a unique identity on the Central Coast and in Ventura County,” Director Tripp said. “We would love it if boaters would register, rally and dress up with their family and friends, and light up the night with decked-out, Halloween-themed vessels”.
